You will have an opportunity to reconnect with your body through a gentle yoga practice that facilitates empowerment and cultivates a more positive relationship to your body. Each yoga session includes an opportunity for choice and action through conscious breathing, present moment awareness, mindfulness in movement, and integrative rest.

What is Therapeutic Yoga?
Therapeutic Yoga is the practice of integrating the mind and body through gentle movement and intentional breathing practices to create a felt sense of safety in the body. Each therapeutic yoga session includes an opportunity for choice and action through conscious breathing, present moment awareness, mindfulness in movement, and integrative rest.
